I’ve been an avid Electronic Music fan for over 10 years now. I started DJ’ing about 7 or 8 years ago, and totally fell in love, it became my biggest passion from then on. Being a big tech-head it was natural for me to combine my love for music with my passion foo technology, and so many years ago I entered the world of Digital DJ’ing – so instead of having two vinyl decks and a mixer, I have a laptop and a controller – like this one:
Every once in a while when I am mixing up some tunes, I record a set and burn it on to CD to listen to myself or give to friends etc. So I decided to start a site to put my mixes online for others to listen to.
You can listen to the sets directly from within the site, or you can download them to listen to on your ipod etc.
There are a range of mixes on there, House, Tech House, Electro House, Minimal and even some Techno. I also have a few “Guest Mixes” on there too, but I’ve created another site for that: http://www.irishdjforum.com/blog/
